Defective Products

Although Jupio takes good care of the quality of its products, you can unfortunately never exclude defects completely. In case you have a defective product Jupio will offer maximum service and support. 

If a Jupio product breaks down within the period of warranty it can be exchanged for a new one, by showing the original invoice. If possible the product is repaired. In the Netherlands and in Belgium the sales outlet takes care of the exchange or repair in the first instance. If the sales outlet doesn’t exist anymore or can’t give guarantee anymore, Jupio Europe BV in The Netherlands will take over the guarantee.

Warranty service by  Jupio Europe BV
Jupio will charge shipping- and handling costs for its warranty service. The height of these costs depend on the article’s purchase date.

If you prefer a warranty service through Jupio Europe BV, please follow the following return procedure:
1. Pack the defective storage battery carefully and add the return form (.pdf) and a copy of the invoice.
2. Return the storage battery to below address, with sufficient postage.
Unstamped shipments or COD parcels are not accepted.

Upon receipt the article is checked. If the article is replaced, it will be sent to the address mentioned on the return form. If shipping- and administration costs are applicable you will receive an invoice by E-Mail first. Upon receipt of your payment we will ship the article.
